Remnants of Your Existence

Remnants of Your Existence

The storm and the sun
On your wall
The stories of mosses
and ferns
Crawling all over your face
I run my fingers
along these walls
Your name written
amongst the mosses
Invisible to others
You stood here,
Once upon a time
Layering bricks by bricks
Love was in your heart
But then
On the tips of your tongue
Goodbye
You’re gone
But these walls remember
All that was left
The remnants of your existence
